2. Dispute resolution
Invocourier is a service for businesses (B2B). The European Commission's online dispute resolution platform was discontinued in July 2025. We are neither obliged nor willing to take part in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.

We are responsible for our own content on this site under the general laws. We keep it accurate and current, but we cannot guarantee that every statement is complete or up to date at every moment.
This site links to external websites. Their content is the responsibility of the respective operators, and we have no influence over it. If we learn of a link to unlawful content, we remove it.

How we handle personal data is described in our Privacy Policy. Merchants using the app are covered by our Data Processing Agreement (English).
